Frequently Asked Questions

Below you will find a list of the most commonly asked questions I receive from potential clients during our initial meetings. Can’t find the answer to your question? Who will photograph our wedding?
When you hire me to capture your wedding, I will be the lead photographer. I do not double book weddings, and  I prefer to only service a small number of weddings per year in order to provide the best one-on-one service and overall experience to our couples. If I am already booked on your date, and my partner Khoa available, I will provide an option to have Khoa as your main photographer as we have a similar style and work ethic.
Will you bring a second photographer?
Absolutely! Depending on the size your event, and your event timeline, you can chose to have 2 photographers or more.  
Do you provide cinematography?
Yes. We can add cinematography to your wedding package. Depending on the size of your event, we can provide 1 or more cinematographers. 
Are you available to travel?
We are available to travel worldwide. Take us somewhere fun! 
So after the wedding, what do we get?
All of our wedding packages include photographs delivered in high resolution format. These images will not have any watermarks or logos on them. You and your guests can download and print these images as you please for personal use. These are not small, web sized photos photo – but rather full sized images. If your package includes albums, we will design a layout for your approval and have your custom albums available for pick up at the studio. If you opted to have us provide cinematography, you will receive a short highlight film and a long full length film.
So when do we get our photos and videos?
Your password protected photo gallery will be ready for viewing in about 8-12 weeks after your event. Your wedding highlight film and full length video will be ready in about 4-6 months after your event.
Do you have back up equipment?
Absolutely, we always carry multiple backup bodies, backup lenses, flashes, batteries, memory cards etc. We like to be ready for anything and everything! 
How can I reserve a date?
Since I only photograph a limited number of weddings per year, our services our first come first serve. The only way to reserve a date is to complete a contract along with the first payment.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry a $2,000,000 liability insurance plan. We generally provide the Certificate of Insurance to venues that require it one month in advance of the event.
