Our wedding packages start at about $3,000. Since just about every couple has different needs and wants, below you will find the most common packages we build for our clients.

All of our weddings are shot by the two of us, Abhi & Ronak. We feel that working together allows us to capture the events from different viewpoints. It is great to be able to split up especially for South Asian weddings where there are at times multiple events occurring simultaneously.

Package 1: $3,000 – Just Photos Please!
This package is great for those who really do not need high end albums, or would rather make their own albums later on down the road.

• Up to 12 hours of photography service
• Unlimited number of photos
• High Resolution photos from your big day on DVD, ready to print
• Password Protected Online Gallery for friends and family to view

Package 2: $4,500 – Bride & Groom Album
Ok, so you don’t want to make your own album and you would like to have us design you a high end wedding book. This package includes a single album for the Bride & Groom.

Includes:

• 2 Photographers
• Up to 12 hours of photography service
• Up to 12 hours of design service
• One Graphistudio album – 9.5×13 in size, 40 pages, briefcase
• Unlimited number of photos
• High Resolution photos from your big day on DVD, ready to print
• Password Protected Online Gallery for friends and family to view

Package 3: $5,500 – Albums all around
Now that you got yourself an amazing album hand made in Italy, your parents are looking at it in envy. This package is great for Brides & Grooms who want to give their parents a copy of their wedding album in a slightly smaller size.

• Up to 12 hours of photography service
• Up to 12 hours of design service
• One Graphistudio album – 9.5×13 in size, 40 pages, briefcase
• Two Graphistudio albums – 8×12 in size, 40 pages, duplicates of primary

Package 4: $6,500 – Bigger Books & More of Them!
Is 40 pages not enough? Do you need more pages? Well, this package is identical the Package 5, except we add 20 more pages, and 4 hours of design time. We also throw in 4 mini books great for grandparents, or sending abroad to those could not attend the wedding.

• Up to 16 hours of design service
• One Graphistudio album – 9.5×13 in size, 60 pages, briefcase

Add Ons

Engagement Session

When we have clients that request our services to cover their wedding, we often like to package in an engagement photo session. This normally takes place outdoors and lasts about 2 hours. This can be purchased alone, or added to a package. Most of our bride and grooms request a photoshoot about 3 months prior to their wedding

The engagement photos are provided to the clients on a DVD. These are great photos to use as save the date cards, wedding announcements, guestbooks and to display on an easel at your wedding.

E-Session: $450 with Package | $550 without

Includes:

• Up to 2 hours of photography service on site
• Unlimited number of photos
• High Resolution photos on DVD, ready to print
• Passowrd Protected Online Gallery for friends and family to view
• One 20×30 print – Great for displaying on Easel during wedding
• Permits, travel and outside charges not included

Guestbook

A guestbook is a great way for your friends and family to write something very sweet for you on your special day. Guestbooks are great for all occassions. We take up one step and are offering customized guestbooks with one of a kind designs. You can provide us photos that are to be included in the guestbook, or we can use photos from your e-session. A personalized guestbook can be designed to tie back to the colors of your wedding.

Guestbook: $150 with Package | $200 without

E-shoot & Guestbook: $500 with Package

Extra Photographer: $1,000

In the case you have an event that requires an additional photographer, we can provide one.
This is only recommended if you have a large scale event, or an event that has multiple locations and needs more coverage. Please contact us for availabilities.
