October 1st was the night that Zain and Mahrukh kicked off what turned out to be a very exciting wedding.  Their mehndi night was held at the Akbar Restaurant in Edison New Jersey. As guests started making their way in to the restaurant, we had a quick opportunity to take a few photos outisde during twilight. The sky was amazing, and we are so glad it did not rain!

After Zain and Mahrukh made their entrances, it seemed like just about every guest wanted to greet them on stage, and the couple must have ate at least 50 sweets each! Talk about a sugar rush! With the ceremony just about over, Dj Manan Shah from IEDJS got the party started, and kept it going til 1:00am! These folks love to dance! Please enjoy highlight photographs from their Mehndi.
